Our original 100% Acrylic Elastomeric Coatings have been enhanced with the addition of Urethanes for greater durability, scrubability and tensile strength.

 

ProTek-THERMCOTE/ IC™		Multi-Purpose Industrial/Commercial Ceramic Coating
Provides insulation against radiant heat transfer. Extremely tough, and flexible. Qualifies for A” Fire Rating. Temperature resistant to a constant temperature of 300°F. waterproofs, providing superior protection against weathering. UV resistant. Ideal for most Commercial and Industrial application to control heat transfers.
Uses:	Metal, Concrete - Tanks and Pipelines		Insulates and protects from condensation related corrosion, reduces interior or exterior heat gains.
	Truck –Trailer, Tankers, Delivery Trucks and Containers		Reduces interior temperatures of non-refrigerated units, reduces load on AC units of refrigerated trucks and containers, complementing (or eliminating) foam or fiberglass insulation.
	Roofs		Hot climates (painted outside) reduce heat gain.
	Industrial Application		Cold climates (painted inside) reduce heat loss.

ProTek-THERMCOTE/BM™		Bus & RV Waterproofing Reflective  Insulating Coating
Bright white acrylic elastomeric.  Waterproofing and insulating recreational vehicle coating.  Originally designed for a school district bus fleet without air-conditioners.  It offers excellent mildew resistance, ceramic insulation and soundproofing.  It is engineered to withstand 100 mph driving rain.
Uses:	Mobile vans, trailers, buses, job shacks		Recommended for almost any bus, recreational or trailer roof.
Color:	Bright white (factory or user tintable; custom colors available - light earthtone or pastel colors recommended for best reflective performance). MATTE finish

 

ProTek-THERMCOTE/A-5™ High Quality		Elastomeric Reflective Coating for Sloped Roofs
Providing a high reflectivity, this coating comes with a 5-year warranty.  It will effectively reduce solar heat gain, thereby reducing AC loads. The coating forms a thick rubber-like ceramic shield of protection with excellent adhesion to any roofing material. The coating membrane is highly resistant to severe weather, providing waterproofing, soundproofing and mildew resistance.  For application to sloped roofs only.
Uses:	Roofs		Well drained, sloped roof surfaces only. Excellent adhesion to vast majority of roofing materials. Roof surface has to be adequately primed and sealed.

This coating provides excellent ultraviolet reflectivity  and a 10-year warranty coating.  It is extremely effective in reducing heat gain, thereby reducing AC loads. The coating forms a thick rubber-like ceramic shield of protection with excellent adhesion to any roofing material.  It is extremely resistant to severe weather, providing waterproofing, mildew resistance and soundproofing.  For application to sloped roofs only. A-1 Fire Rating

ProTek-THERMCOTE/A-PW5™ Superior Quality		Ponding Water Formula, Elastomeric Reflective Coating for Flat Roofs
This coating carries a 5-year warranty on sloped roofs and a 10-year warranty on flat roofs.  It provides excellent ultraviolet reflectivity and is extremely effective in reducing heat gain, thereby reducing AC loads. The coating forms a thick rubber-like ceramic shield with unsurpassed  adhesion to any roofing material.  It is extremely resistant to severe weather, providing waterproofing, excellent mildew resistance and soundproofing. This very special coating even possesses fire retardency. A-1 Fire Rating
Uses:	Roofs		Flat or poorly drained roofs. Excellent adhesion to vast majority of roofing materials. Roof surface must be adequately primed and sealed.

ProTek-THERMATEX™		Waterproofing & Insulating Elastomeric TEXTURED Wall Coating
Bright white 100% acrylic elastomeric, insulating ceramic, waterproofing TEXTURED wall coating.  A waterborne, latex based, high build formula that waterproofs, insulates, beautifies, soundproofs and protects. A self-priming coating that forms a thick, rubber-like ceramic shield of protection that actually becomes part of the wall due to its excellent adhesion and bonding properties. THERMATEX™ offers superior mildew resistance  and ultraviolet ray reflectivity. Qualifies for a CLASS A Fire Rating.
Uses:	Walls		Excellent adhesion to wood, vinyl and aluminum siding, T 1-11, urethane, polystyrene, clay, adobe, brick, stucco, slate, also many other materials including properly sealed concrete surfaces.

ProTek-CLEARPRO™		Clear Gloss Protective Acrylic TOP COAT Sealer for ROOFS
Clear Gloss Exterior Waterproofing Roof Sealer Finish. Effectively penetrates porous surfaces to preserve, protect, waterproof and beautify. Excellent film formation over non-porous or previously coated surfaces. 100% acrylic resin and special additives form a clear gloss finish on most any surface that promotes in restoring original color.
Uses:	Sloped or flat roof surfaces (Industrial, Commercial, Residential)		Use on most any previously coated or uncoated surfaces such as, wood, aluminum, primed steel, galvanized, tin & copper, clay, adobe, masonry, concrete, stucco, plaster, and much more. Ideal for fiberglass skylights.
	Asphalt Shingles and Roll Roofing		Excellent for use on Asphalt or Fiberglass Shingles and Rolled Roofing to preserve, protect and waterproof the mineral granules. Protects against the premature breakdown of the tar composition (curling & cracking) by rejuvenating and waterproofing the mineral granules, which protect the tar from the sun and water.

ProTek-ELASTOPRIME™		Elastomeric Adhesive Primer Sealer for ROOFS
An Elastomeric Acrylic, Waterproof Adhesive, Tie and Bond, Primer Sealer.  A waterbased latex with high resin content.  It is designed as a primer coat to prepare roofing surfaces for a finish coat. Unsurpassed adhesion. Ideal for embedding and securing polyester mesh for roofing systems.
Uses:	Sloped or flat roof surfaces		Wood shingles, galvanized aluminum, tin, copper, asbestos, asphalt, urethane,  styrofoam, fiberglass, modified bitumen, mineral surfaced roofing, concrete, clay, slate, and other similar surfaces.

ProTek-CRETESEAL™ Industrial GRADE		CONCRETE SEALER, STAIN & PRESERVATIVE
High-performance industrial grade concrete Sealer, Stain and Preservative. Low V.O.C. waterborne formulation of acrylic and urethane resins with a silicone additive. Excellent penetration on porous surfaces. Superior adhesion on non-porous or compatible previously coated surfaces. High concentration of urethane resin provides for increased water and chemical resistance plus superior resistance to ultraviolet degradation. Excellent mar, scratch and abrasion resistance. Contains silicone for protection against hot tire pick up.
Uses:	Interior or exterior masonry/concrete surfaces such as walls, driveways, patios, courts, floors, walkways, pool decks. On asphalt surfaces in some cases, multiple coats may be required.		Use as a Concrete Paint, Concrete Stain, Brick Sealer and/or Floor Paint.
Color:	Factory tinted, any color and CLEAR, satin finish

 

ProTek-RUSTCOTE™		1 - Part Polyurethane/
One-part moisture curing polyurethane solvent-based, aluminum pigmented.  It is highly abrasion resistant, a barrier to: acids, solvents, salts, and weather. No need to white sandblast surface for good adhesion. An ALTERNATIVE TO GALVANIZATION or “COLD - RE-GALVANIZING”. Available in regular and High Solid (HS) for extremely corroded surfaces. Truly "direct to rust" coating.
Uses:	Metal Structures		On bridges, cranes, pilings, metal buildings, silos and feed bins.
	Metal Roofing		Metal siding, gutters, rivets, nut & bolts, trims.
	Ocean Vessels		Use above and below decks and in/on containers.
	Petroleum Industry		For storage tanks, pipelines, offshore platforms, tankers.
	Re-galvanizing Metal		Rusty guard rails, grated walkways, utility/light poles, fixtures and all deteriorated galvanized surfaces. Air Conditioning Ducting
